- One of my coworkers has an SE/30 and would like to add an external
- monitor (probably a portrait display) and ethernet (twisted-pair) to
- it. I can think of three ways of doing it:
-
- 1) A normal ethernet card and SCSI video. From what I hear, the video
- performance would stink.
-
- 2) A normal video card and SCSI ethernet. I'm not sure what ethernet
- performance would be like. Does anyone have experience with one of
- these SCSI ethernet adapters?
-
- 3) A new card from Mobius called DisplayNet or some such thing. It
- does both ethernet and video. Has anyone used one of these? Has
- any one had any good or bad experiences with Mobius they'd like
- to tell about?
-
- Any advice would be appreciated...
