- The recent reductions in accelerator prices have stimulated my
- interest in accelerators. I'd like to know exactly how the
- Daystar accelerators are installed in a Mac II. I know there
- is a $40 (approx.) adapter, but where does the adapter plug in?
- The NuBus? The motherboard?
-
- How is memory handled? Does the 50 MHz 68030 accelerator use
- special RAM? Is there a PDS slot on the accelerator or adapter?
- How much power do these things draw?
-
- Thanks!
