  21. Noise is relative. Compared to my old Mac II, the Quadra I have doesn't
  22. sound noisy. You can even hear the hard disk working in there!

  24. The 68040 generates a lot of heat and needs to be cooled in order to work.
  25. I seem to remember that the Quadra 900 would overheat if used with the
  26. case open for more than 30 minutes. I don't think that changing the fan
  27. would be wise.
