  11. I have Micropolis 1375 scsi disk drive (~200Mb) that I've removed from
  12. an non-mac system.  I have a power supply, box and cables.  I'd like
  13. to set this up as an external drive to my Mac+ (running 7.0 tunedup).
  14. (Sometime this year I expect to upgrade the Mac+ to a IIsi or IIci.)

  16. My question specifically is what do I need to do to get the drive formatted
  17. for the Mac, and a driver installed for this disk drive?  The more general
  18. question is how do I do this for an arbitrary scsi disk drive?  It seems
  19. that if I buy a new drive *for* a Mac, it comes formatted or with the
  20. appropriate software.

  22. I've read through the FAQ's that I could find.  Scoured sumex-aim for
  23. drivers, tips, hints, etc.  Please point me in the direction of any
  24. information on the subject, be it on the internet or a book, etc.
  25. If there are several options, I'd be interested in recommendations.
