  13. I just got a PB170.  I wonder if the battery is ok on it!  How long does
  14. a fully charged battery last under different power conservation settings?

  16. BTW, in system 7.1 the Portable CDEV (control panel) has been replaced by
  17. Powerbook CDEV.  In the Portable control panel you can specify the time before
  18. the system or disk goes to sleep; nut, in the Powerbook control panel you can
  19. only select a position from the 'Maximum Performance' position to the
  20. 'Maximum Conservation position'.  I think the original method was better because
  21. it was clearer as to what the computer is doing.
