  16. I have an annoying problem with a Mac IIcx (4MB, system 6.0.7):
  17. From time to time the Mac does not boot, as it does not find the
  18. internal hard disk (80 MB, original Apple = Connor HD), the screen
  19. shows a disk with a question mark on it. Inserting a system disk
  20. helps the Mac to boot, but there is no hard disk mounted.
  21. Shuting down the Mac and rebooting solves (sometimes 8-( ) the problem.

  23. In my opinion, the hard disk won't start spinning up, which could
  24. cause the problem. But: How to solve this?
