- Ijams Nature Center in Knoxville is in need of 2 1 Mb or
- larger SIMMs for an LC 2/40. The center needs extra memory to
- run PageMaker, which requires 2 Mb of memory for itself. The
- center obtained the LC through a grant.
- Ijams was established by the Audobon Society on property
- willed by the Ijams family. The center leads school groups
- on educational trips on the proerty on most days of the school
- year. Wildlife biologist Pam Petko-Sues travels to area schools
- to teach children about wildlife. There is a museum and a
- pavillion where UT professors and area naturalists give talks.
- Donations would be greatly appreciated, and are tax
- deductible. You can send the SIMMs COD. Donors will become
- members and receive the monthly newsletter.
- A membership and a newsletter are all we have to offer. You
- can probably sell the SIMMs somewhere else. But by giving them
- to Ijams, you will benefit a community that will appreciate
- your charity and put your contribution to good use.
