- Hard disk drivers are just a piece of software like any other software.
- It is VERY possible and very likely in your case that the DRIVER that was
- installed when you formatted was NOT System 7 compatible. My suggestion
- is to re-format with a KNOWN System 7 COMPATIBLE formatter and it should
- work. I have seen this before (several times, actually). Just like your
- word processor or your drawing program, your hard disk driver needs to be
- System 7 compatible.
