- The June 1992 issue of MacUser had a review comparing 4 relational database
- managers: FoxBASE+, Omnis 7, Double Helix and 4th Dimension. These all
- provide much more power in general than FileMaker, and also generally cost
- a lot more. They may be more than you need for your application. The review
- indicated that FoxBASE+ was generally faster at most operations than the
- other 3, but probably required more programming effort to make a useable
- application. I have used Omnis 7 and find it to be a very good product
- in general.
