- Is there any way to limit passworded users from accessing FMP2.0
- program elements? For example, I locked our data entry people out of
- making layout changes, but they can still get themselves into layout mode
- and get stuck there. I'd like to prevent them from touching the "Browse,
- Find, Preview, Layout" pullup, the status area toggle, the magnify up and
- down boxes, and the zoom window box (upper right corner).
- Also, is there an easy way to attach a sound byte to a script? I'd like
- to have a voice announce an on-screen button when pressed, and do some voice
- prompting. So far I've done it by storing the sound bytes in a another
- file (as picture/sound fields) and subscripting out to that file to a script
- that does a "go to layout - select/play". It works, but it takes about 4
- seconds to play a 1 second phrase.

- Thanks much,
-
