- I'm curious. As the proud new owner (or something) of a new 9600
- v.42bis modem, I've noticed a cute little pecularity of *all* of the comm
- software which I own: My modem can get data and dump it to my computer
- much faster than my computer can scroll it past on the screen, which
- causes me no end of frustration at times.. I was wondering, therefore, if
- there were a way I could convince the computer merely to blitz the text by
- and ignore any semblance of order, just to get the speed up?
- (The problem does seem to be in the scrolling itself-it's pretty much
- the same independant of the terminal program I use).
- Thanks,
- Dave
