  17. Beg to differ about "High Quality."  To agree, I would have to overlook
  18. the year when the 15th (and last) line on an itemization sheet did not get
  19. added into the total.  I might also have to overlook other bugs.

  21. ChipSoft tries hard.  I doubt they had a bullet-proof product in the first place
  22. and they've generally improved it (don't ask for specifics, I can't remember
  23. the improvements).  Unfortunately, I wonder whether they test their code,
  24. and thest the product on _real_ users.

  26. In spite of the complaints, notice how we all still use it?
