- Doesn't surprise me. A MacBinary file has file information tagged on to the
- front; you have to remove that stuff, you can't just add the type & creator
- and hope.

- Get StuffIt Lite. StuffIt Lite should read the MacBinary files you have and
- spit out proper .sit files which you can then unpack. Oh, remember to set
- File Exchange to "Default conversion" so it does a proper binary copy.
