- My it MUST have been a bad day! In this and following polemics Mr. Surber
- assails ChipSoft and MacInTax. I have used this product for at least 5
- years, and while there have been occasional minor bugs (and most often
- lapses in documentation), the software has behaved admirably. Even in
- last year's "bug ridden" version, I had no difficulty in using the
- package and I even thought there were some improvements! (Of course I may
- change my mind if I get a letter from the IRS.) I ordered the "quick
- start" version this year - it shipped within a week of the scheduled
- release date. I loaded it, ran the conversion program and watched all
- of those numbers as they placed themselves so neatly in the proper
- locations.
- Remarkable! MacInTax never did THAT before. SO....Mr. Surber, if an
- humble chemist can use this program without despair, I would meekly
- suggest perhaps you might need to consult the manual next time. :-) :-)
