- TopDown is a tool specifically designed for org/flow charts. It's ok.
- For a more general purpose tool that will do what you want try
- Intellidraw. I've been using it and it does some cool stuff in terms
- of structured drawing. I like it better than the specialized charting
- programs. It's got some bugs and quirks, but nothing else comes close
- (short of a cad program like MiniCad).
