  17. The only mappings Apple provides use the arrow keys. An intelligent 
  18. keyboard macro program (that could distinguish key-down and key-up events)
  19. might help, but I don't know if one exists. The $80 solution is to get
  20. something like a Logitech mouse, which I use; you can get the 3 buttons
  21. just fine, but the META key still can't be used.
