  25. The country codes are the ones you'll find in the pop-up menus if you use
  26. ResEdit to edit the int1 and intl resources in the System file.

  29. installed and run for the first time, and is then deleted by the program.

  35. Personally, I went the StuffIt route instead.  If Salient are going to try
  36. and rip me off with inflated prices and crippled software, I'll take my money
  37. elsewhere.
