  16. You should give some consideration to MS Word.  It can automatically
  17. number/renumber and put all the references at the end of file or at bottom of
  18. the pages.  It can make table of content, and some other nice things.  BUT, it
  19. cannot allow you to use the same reference more than one time and keep track of
  20. all the references in order.  The table of content is only OK, not great, and
  21. it is not easy to use (user unfriendly).  Still, it is worth recommendation.
