  11. I posted a few weeks ago that I wanted an overdrive processor for my Compaq
  12. 486s/16m.  This uses a 486 sx/16 chip.  Many people said, "You can't do this,"
  13. including Compaq.  They were wrong.

  15. I talked to Intel, and I need a 486 SX/20 overdrive procssor.  This gives me a
  16. 486, 487, 8kb cache, and memory manager all running at a max of 40MHz
  17. internally, which will be 32Mhz in my machine.  Instead of a new processor
  18. board from Compaq at $1500, I get the same thing for $349.
