  11. While this isn't precise, I rented one for a day just to check out
  12. performance, etc., and ran Borland C++ and dBASE IV (that I'm very
  13. familiar with). Performance seemed right up to par with the Northgate
  14. 486/33 that I've been using for more than a year.

  16. I've ordered the 50 mhz doubler option for mine as well, betting that
  17. there may not be many third party suppliers for such an item. Get your
  18. 8 mb memory from Tote-A-Lap, though: $332 vs. $900 from IBM.
