  11.     I found an advertisement in a Magazine a few months ago selling 
  12. a CD-ROM for a helpdesk. Ie The CD-ROm includes all technical support 
  13. problems and fixes for software and hardware. Yeah, you guessed it.
  14. I've lost it.
  15.     Does anyone know of such a company that does that? Please
  16. post or email replies.!
