  14.   I just got a new 486DX-33 ISA motherboard.  The dealer I bought it
  15. from will let me upgrade it to a LocalBus motherboard for about $100
  16. more, but he recommends that I stick with what I have because the
  17. Local Bus motherboards will NOT work with the P5 chip.

  19.   It sounds like a bunch of crap to me, but I'd like to know for sure.
  20. Even if the P5 is 64bit, the VESA standard is upward compatable to
  21. 64bit.

  23.   Are there VESA motherboards to stay away from because of this?

  25.   Will the P5 plug and play in a 486DX-33 motherboard?

  27.   If it will plug and play in a 486DX-33, why won't it work in a VESA?

  29.   Has anyone heard / can anyone guess one way or another about this?
