  29. I have two IDE's, both from the same manufacturer, and that required
  30. setting jumpers for master and slave.  There was no problem in doing that. 
  31. The problem I had (and still do) is how to get the drive light to show. 
  32. The IDE adapter card has a 4 pin connector, and no matter what position
  33. the plug (a thin, two hole thing) is in the drive light stays out,
  34. regardless of the amount of disk activity.
