  10. I have a very unique problem which I hope someone can help me with.  My
  11. father owns a small business and asked me to ssetup and administer a small
  12. LAN (3 PC's so far).  There are three different printer on the network.
  13. From a DOS environment I can print to any of the three printers using the
  14. network software.  (The software in question is Novell Netware Lite, this
  15. software does not come highly recommended but that is another discussion.)
  16. The problem I have is with accounting software they use (Peachtree).
  17. I can use the nework to redirect a print-job from an imaginary LPT3 port
  18. to any of the network printers.  However, when I try to install a printer
  19. in Peachtree on LPT3, IT CHECKS THE CONFIGURATION AND TELLS ME THAT THERE
  20. IS NO LPT3.  We have already purchased a second I/O card for each machine
  21. to be able to use 2 printers.  Does any body know if we can add a third
  22. LPT without duplicating IRQ's or wouldn't this matter since the network
  23. is just going to redirect the print-job.
