  18. They work quite cheerfully with the normal MS drivers, although they come
  19. with some extra code which allows you to do local customization (like
  20. setting which way is "up" for ball travel, and which buttons on the 
  21. ballpoint mouse map to which normal rodent buttons.

  23. Given my druthers I prefer a normal mouse, but the ballpoint works nicely
  24. with my Toshiba notebook.  The only problem is that the MS cable plugs 
  25. into the side of the box at the front end, making the cord something of 
  26. an irritation...but I can't really blame MS for that problem.
