- I have a Vega 486 motherboard with a new version of AMI BIOS. One
- selection in the setup program is "Bus Clock Selection", with the
- possibilities of 0-7, and AUTO. Apparently this is a new "feature" of
- the bios since it is not, along with a few other things, documented
- in the manual. What does it do? I seem to get slightly differing
- winmark and disk i/o ratings so I assume it is changing the bus speed
- from 8.33 Mhz upwards. But does anyone know which clock ratings are
- associated with which number 0-7? Or I am completely off the mark?
- Thanks.
