  12.     Problem: trying to get com 3 and 4 working.
  13.     I have just added a new I/O card with 2 serial ports for com 3 and 4.
  14.     The hardware doesn't seem to automatically accept the two new ports,
  15.     and from the instruction following the new card, it mentioned that 
  16.     I have to evoke the two new ports (com 3 and 4) by softwares (but it
  17.     didn't say which).

  19.     Can anyone suggest where I can find the util to use the two new ports,
  20.     or any other alternatives.

  22.     I believed that I have set the jumpers correctly for the IRQs and the
  23.     ports, and the card does work.
