  21. At least 2 disk manufacturers that I know of; Seagate and Maxtor, have
  22. tech support lines that include 24-hour touch-tone voice-mail for
  23. getting drive specs, including jumper settings, in addition to the 8-5
  24. tech support representatives. They also have FAX-back lines that will
  25. fax drive spec sheets to you.
