- I just posted a message _very_ similar to yours last week, regarding a
- refresh problem in Windows. I have yet to find an answer. I do not,
- however, believe that the problem is based on the speed of the processor,
- as I have encountered this little gem across a wide variety of systems
- and speeds. I have never found a cure for it. It just IS. Sometimes,
- changing the floppy drive in question, or the cable seems to help, but
- sometimes not, too. I'll sit here and see if you get any answers that
- deal with "changeline" support, which is where some folks have said to
- look. But that requires using DRIVER.SYS.
- I personally think it is a minor hardware problem combined with a
- software problem.
