- Hi there,
-
- I have problem on installing a second IDE harddrive to my 386 system.
- (Seagate ST-157A 41M) Both the drive is working when they the only
- drive connected to the system. But when they are both connected to the
- system, the system can't boot up :
-
- D: Drive Failure
- <F1> For SETUP
-
- I believe both of the drive have internal setting that they are
- master drives, so they can't work together....
- Does anybody know the jumper setting of the (Seagate ST-157A IDE)
- drive? Please send it to me by E-Mail.
-
- Thanks in advance,
- Andy
