- Not only is this the wrong group - the letter is either a hoax or just
- written by somebody who does not know what he is talking about.

- There is a Proto-T virus, but it is quite different from the description
- given in the original posting (no "hiding in modem-buffers etc").

- This is a simple virus, related to the Civil War II virus, and detected
- as such by some anti-virus programs (such as my own F-PROT, which can even
- disinfect it).

- The virus which was found in some haved version of PkZip is totally unrelated
- to this one.

- Please don't post the original letter more - regardless of whether it is
- deliberate disinformation or just indicates the author's lack of knowledge,
- it is absolutely useless, and only helps generating unnecessary fear.
