- Help!
-
- I used to have Win3.1 on my machine but removed it due to space constraints.
- About 6 months ago I bought a second drive and things have been fine until I
- tried to install Win3.1 again. Now, it locks up when it hits the GUI on
- install. I've finally tracked the problem down to my hard drives. When I have
- the first drive (Segate 3144A set to drive 1 in a two drive system) and disable
- the second drive (a Rodime 9015) in BIOS, Windows works just fine. I may not
- have the Rodime set correctly as I don't know the jumper settings. As an
- aside, everyother program I have works just fine with both drives connected,
- including OS/2 and Windows 3.0.
-
- Any suggestions? I'd appreciate the jumper settings for the Rodime if anyone
- has them.
-
- Thanks.
