- I just talked to my friendly gw salewoman yesterday on this. She said it uses
- 72 pin EISA memory. It costs a few $$$ more than standard nx[89] simms.
- The question I have is this: It only takes the 4 mb or 16 mb 72 pin modules,
- and won't take the 8 mb 72 pin module. I thought that one reason for the
- 72 pin, 36 bit version is so that you don't have to load 4 slots at once,
- it's already 32 bits wide? So why wouldn't 8 mb simms work?? As usual
- a call to their tech. service line was a waste of time. No one ever got back
- to me.
