- Hello. I have a NEATsx 386sx/16MHz motherboard that uses a
- combination of DRAMS and SIPP memory cartridges. I have it configured
- with 4 1Meg/80ns SIPP cartridges.
-
- My situation: I would like to upgrade the motherboard to something
- that's a little faster, but I don't think I'll have enough money to
- buy a motherboard and new memory.
-
- Question 1: Are there motherboards (386DX/any 486) that use SIPP
- cartridges that I might be able to purchase?
-
- Question 2: If not, can I remove the pins from my SIPP's and use them
- as SIMM's?
-
- Thanks a million!
