  15. A while ago i dug out my dad's old Commodore PC-10 and decided to make it
  16. become an AT. I have found a 8/10 Mhz AT motherboard and mamadged to
  17. make all the old hardware work with it, except for the most important
  18. thing :
  19. The harddisk, an old Olivetti HD with 20 MB and connected to the computer
  20. by an OMTI - controller, refuses to work. In fact, I can get the directory
  21. of the HD if I boot from a floppy, but if I want to start any program,
  22. I get something like a "SEEK ERROR" and the loading is aborted.
  23. The omti controller has a lot of jumpers, does anybody know what they meen
  24. and how to set them correctly ? In the old XT, none of them was set.
  25. Is it possible to use the old Controller and Harddisk without re-formatting ?
  26. (There is important data on this HD)
