- I am trying to upgrade my 386-40 from 4 megs of memory to 8 megs.
- I have plugged the SIMMs into the motherboard, but the computer doesn't
- acknowledge their presence.
- My manual doesn't say anything about upgrading DRAM, and I can't figure out
- how to change the configuration in my BIOS setup.
-
- My system stats are:
- GA-386TS motherboard. 80386DX CACHE, with ISA bus.
- AMI BIOS.
-
- The SIMMS are 1 X 9 70ns.
-
- Any help would be greatly appreciated.
