  11. Does there exist a card or external serial device that will take the
  12. phone line off-hook and dial a given number.  I do not want a modem.   
  13. I am looking for a cheap solution for multiple PC's.  If you know of
  14. a vendor, or have any info on this type of device please drop me a note.
