  12.     HI, I've run into a wierd problem, I am suddenly unable to cast
  13. any spells beyond 3rd!! When I was ninth level, I was able to cast up to
  14. Circle 5, but when I reached 10th level, I couldn't cast any spells past 
  15. fourth. Now, after I found one of the blackgems, I can't cast ANY spell
  16. beyond third? I am a mage, and this is REALLY hurting my character! :( Anyone
  17. know if this is a bug or a feature?
