  11. Once again, for the nth time in the past few days, someone keeps reorganizing,
  12. then deleting the MSDOS_UPLOADS directory on Wuarchive.  I've heard that the
  13. people who run that site don't do all the deleting, so whoever is doing it,
  14. please stop!!!  In the past, self-appointed net.police have deleted everything
  15. because one "pirated" program (namely Street Fighter), has been uploaded from
  16. time to time.  Patches, shareware programs and utilities, and demos are not 
  17. illegal!! :-) If the Wuarchive people don't want stuff uploaded to that 
  18. directory, please say so.
