- In case you haven't read my last three messages about this game, I must
- say again this is the best game I've played yet. I have a few questions:
-
- 1. Someone on this net pointed out that flying <300ft will give me stealth
- capability on the game. I tried it and lo and behold, he was right.
- Is this a bug or is it suppose to be that way? I guess the 10nm range
- on the RBM map makes up for it. Once I pop my head up and spikes galore
- though.
-
- 2. I've read in the F15E essay book by Hans Halberstadt (excellent pic book
- by the way) that flying higher gets better mileage. It also says that
- the HUD does not display true ground speed. The why is it that when the
- indicated airspeed reaches close to 100 knots, the plane stalls or starts
- to head for the ground? Is it that there isn't enough air flowing over
- the wings to create a lift, even at a higher speed? The plane does fly
- faster at higher altitude right?
-
- Muchos gracias.
