  12. If anyone has Front Page Sports Football up and running and in FULL sound 
  13. then I think I can get your sympathy if not your help.

  15. My configuration is the following:

  17.     I have an IBM (clone of course) 486 dx 33mhz, 4mb Ram, 127mb hard 
  18. drive. 90mb of the hard drive is Stacked (stacker). I have a Soundblaster Pro
  19. (the later version) but the only digitised sound I hear is at the start of 
  20. the game and while you are going through the menus. When the game starts, 
  21. the is no Kick off sound whatsoever and the first time digitised sound is 
  22. supposed to blare out of the speakers, the machine freezes. ie When the ref 
  23. is supposed to say "first down" or anything. There is nosound at all prior 
  24. to the machine freezing during play, yet the play is still made. When I 
  25. change the sound board to just Sound Blaster, the same thing happens. When I 
  26. set it for Adlib or PC-speaker, the game does not freeze BUT there is still 
  27. absolutely no sound during gameplay, only at the intro and the starting 
  28. menus.

  30. Anybody, everybody, I beg you, I beseech you... Does any one have any ideas 
  31. at all?

  35. The soundblaster pro card is set at defaults and I do not have any problems 
  36. with any other piece of software and the card. What the hell is going on????

  38. Try watching a ball game with the sound turned down on your telly. Pretty 
  39. bloody boring.
