- I think that the comp.compression gurus just confirmed that the Maltese
- Amoeba virus is a false alarm, cause by the non-standard exe headers or
- something like that. The MAV only shows up in the Norton Antivirus
- program, and scan 99 etc. does not show the virus.

- There have been a few ruffled feathers at comp.compression, but
- everything's fine now. Still, there are a few minor bugs here and there,
- which, they hope, will be ironed out by 2.1 ...
