  11. I've been playing the Atreides, gotten to Level 9, but haven't
  12. seen any option to build the Ix research center.  What do I have to
  13. do to build it?  Also how do I get a palace?  The manual says that
  14. they are awarded to chosen leaders who show great bravery and prowess.
  15. I've never been offered one.

  17. Also the limit on the number of structures is stupid.  I build my structure
  18. up and start to build a repair center then it tells me there are too
  19. many structures.

  21. Also, what does an upgrade to the High Tech factory get you?  The upgrade
  22. button appears, I make the upgrade, but everything is the same.
