I know that are some demos or beta-versions going around of that game. I myself have the original (korean) and the english one. I also think I read sme- body mentioning a thid improved version.
What I'd like to know, is if those games are pirated or not. I'm asking this bcause recently I uploaded the english version of sf2ibm.zip to this local BBS and I received a message from the Sysp telling me that he erased the file since it was pirated.
Now I have doubts about the legality of my actions. I know that you people are experts on this matters and I really need your input. I also know that many of you arprofessionally involved in software development and piracy is the your geatest foe. I always thought that the game was legal because no one ever mentioned it being pirated(I read this group daily) and I was able to get it from the wuarchive which has strict policies about pirated material.
Needless to say the uploading of a pirated game goes totally against the principles of the BBS and I naturally risked my mebership.
Please tell me what you think! I know many people grow tired of this issue being mentioned in this group but you people really know what you are talking about.
