  18. I have done both of these & still no voice.  On GEnie, someone was saying
  19. that the IRQ for the Soundblaster *must* be set to 7, not 5 or 3.  Mine
  20. is at 3.  Before I go messing around with IRQ levels, can anyone confirm
  21. or deny this?
