  21. There were some comments from overseas players a few weeks back describing 
  22. the same loss of steering control.  As I recall, it only affected earlier 
  23. versions of the game (up to v.1.02).  Supposedly, with v.1.03, that bug was 
  24. corrected.  You might want to check your version number to see what you have.
