  13. A client of mine purchased Links386 (after seeing it on my machine).
  14. He has a 386/40, 1 meg Ahead video card, .28 monitor, enough disk
  15. space for the swap file.

  17. During the automatic installation, when the blue svga screen is displayed,
  18. the space bar is to be pressed to go on from this screen....correct?

  20. Well, his, the top white line is erased approximately a couple of inches 
  21. each time the space bar is pressed...and then the computer locks up.

  23. If he trys running Links386, the monitor goes blank.

  25. I figure it has to be something with the video card, but what?

  27. His autoexec.bat and config.sys are the basic ones that MS_DOS 5 sets up
  28. with files and buffers increased.
