- As was remarked, and as is consistent with the SECOND stated purpose
- above, this would probably let the laptop access the tape drive on the
- SCSI chain, although you probably need to turn the 486 off or the
- SCSI-Ids would conflict.

- The FIRST stated purpose above, to allow the 486 to access the
- laptop's drive directly, probably CANNOT be achieved this way,
- however, oak.oakland.edu:/pub/msdos/lan/unet11.zip is a program which uses
- a parallel port connection to permit one PC access to the drives and
- printers on the other PC, and should permit the laptop (configured as
- the Workstation) to access the drives on the 486 (configured as the
- Server).
