  10. I will try to address som of Brian Schott's questions (about SCH48).  I'm
  11. afraid that the HP48 will automatically delete an alarm if a key press is
  12. made while the alarm is sounding (or I don't know of a way to avoid
  13. this).  You can set a flag, as I think Brian alluded to, that will make
  14. all alarms silent (i.e. they wil beep once but the continuous beep won't
  15. sound).  If you don't hit a key during the first 15 seconds after the
  16. alarm sounds, the alarm will remain as a past due alarm.  I know, for
  17. your purposes this is a little awkward.  I am considering giving the
  18. option of creating alarms that don't sound at all.  Would this be useful?

  20. As for the D->CAL function in SCH48, it is only intended to quickly
  21. display a given month and will disappear as soon as a key is hit.  The
  22. alarms must be set inside SCHED or using the HP48 TIME utility.  Describe
  23. to me what you would lide to do with D->CAL (that's LIKE to do) and maybe
  24. I'll update that as well.

  27. right-shift .(period key).
