  14. You know how it is.  Like any cautious company we don't want to announce
  15. plans or products before they're definite, which is to say, close to
  16. shipping.  Doing so, and hence setting expections that might be broken,
  17. would be a disservice to our customers.

  19. So even though I work in this area as a software engineer, and I'd love
  20. to chat about this subject, I won't.  Except to say -- I appreciate and
  21. share by email with my co-workers many of the discussions in this
  22. newsgroup, including this one; and am sensitive to meeting customer
  23. needs -- which unfortunately are often conflicting when viewed in the
  24. aggregate.
